InfiniMii is a website designed to provide an interface for working with Nintendo's Mii characters in as many capacities as possible. It is not necessary to modify your console or system in any way to interact with InfiniMii to the fullest, but it is designed to fully interface with and be an extension of and enhancement of these consoles, and in no way a replacement for them.
InfiniMii and the primary library that powers it, MiiJS, are fully and completely open source. We provide these resources, and the code that makes these resources, to be used freely and openly, and to modify in any way.
However, you may not claim to represent InfiniMii or MiiJS in any way, unless a designated developer, moderator, or administrator by Stewared.
Your use of this website indicates an agreement to the following. You will not engage in any behaviour that intentionally or unintentionally damages, causes loss, or expense to any user of the website. This can include, but is not limited to, hacking, exploiting, or using Stewared tools or services as a platform or resource in any form of scam. Any exploits found must be done in a way that does not inhibit usage or enjoyment of the services to any other user, and must be reported to the Stewared team immediately. You may not engage in behaviour counter to the Community Guidelines, which can be summed up in, but is not limited to, the following. You must be respectful and clean of language and imagery at all times. Stewared's moderators and administrators have the final say in all instances, and may terminate your usage of the website at any time at our own discretion.
You may not scrape for or host InfiniMii content whatsoever without first contacting and receiving permission from an InfiniMii representative.
You may not scrape, crawl, spider, index, or otherwise programmatically collect data, content, or files from InfiniMii without prior written permission from Stewared. This includes but is not limited to Mii character data, charinfo files, slider parameters, user-submitted content, and any metadata associated with any of the above. Redistribution of content collected from InfiniMii — whether scraped or downloaded — on any external platform, service, or website is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization from Stewared, regardless of whether attribution is provided. Attribution does not constitute permission.
InfiniMii does not store any user data past that which is essential for site usage and safety of users on the site. We do not sell this data ever, and it can be deleted at any time by deleting your account. The only exception to this is if you have been banned, in which case a small amount of encrypted and obfuscated identifying data will be retained indefinitely as a means to prevent further abuse of InfiniMii services.
